the person who tried to kick them out was scotty the real estate agent. he is the same person that kicked you out of the AZPEACE protest back at wesley bolen plaze because he didnt like your sign. he also tried to kick me out because simply because i was with you. he also tried to kick me out because he didnt like the sign that i was carrying. i didnt even make the sign. mike r a fellow libetarian gave it to me. >>
It sounds as if to me that this "scotty" only wants certain signs and people at the protests sponsored by AAPJ. If thats the case, then AAPJ needs to get a handle on this guy or it is clearly decicated to only to advancing what it considers to be antiwar from a left wing perspective.
<< i dont know why these the people at AZPEACE think they are above the law and can kick people off of public property who disagree with them. i also think that scotty and AZPEACE are in violation of the federal law U.S.C. 42 section 1988.
that law makes it both a crime and a civil offense which you can be used for civil damages when you deprive people of their civil rights defined in the bill of rights. >>>
AAPJ has the first amendment right to include and exclude anyone they want. But it seems that "scotty"'s actions clearly speak louder than his words. Same with AAPJ.
